  • Order Processing & Delivery

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS notification with a tracking link.

    • You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Shipping Charges

    • Standard shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

    • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • We provide Cash on Delivery across India for your convenience.

    • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure smooth handover.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

    • Certain categories (like hygiene-sensitive products) may not be eligible for returns.

  • Return Process

    1. Email us at support@homekartz.in with your order ID and reason for return.

    2. Our support team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

    3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.

  • Refund Method

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded back to your original payment method.

    • COD Orders: Refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit after verification.


⚖️ Important Notes

  • In rare cases of courier delays, our team will keep you updated via Email or SMS.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account once approved.
